The laboratory has been equipped with a Gas Phase Chromatography (GPC) system since 2000, and quantifies allergens, pesticide residues, various contaminants and numerous aromatic compounds.
Precision microbiology
Equipped with a quantitative PCR instrument since 2008, the laboratory was one of the very first in France to offer this service to its customers.
Cork verifications
Physical parameters and TCA have been checked at Œnoconseil since 2000.

A native ofChinon,the son of a winemaker comes in Bordeaux in 2007 for his studies.
This is around the Bordelais and winemaking in South Africa he forges his technical experience. In 2014, he joined theteam Oenoconseil Pauillac.

As a young adult surrounded by winegrowers and pharmacists, he graduated as an Œnologist in Bordeaux in 1990, gained his first professional experience in Sancerre, then in Mèze and came back to the Bordeaux region to set up Œnoconseil Pauillac in 1996.
In 2008, the acquisition of Château Fleur la Mothe, in St Yzans de Médoc, enabled him to make a long-cherished dream come true.

Œnoconseil Pauillac currently employs 7 permanent members of staff(10 during the harvest period), of whom 3 are oenologists.
